Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Foy’s Lake Concord Amusement World, the best amusement park in Chittagong. We hope you enjoy our rides, attractions, and resort facilities. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

We do not offer refunds after purchasing the ticket, except in the following cases:

  • If the park is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, security issues, or maintenance problems, you can request a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • If you have a medical emergency that prevents you from visiting the park, you can request a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price within 15 days of the original purchase date. You will need to provide a valid doctor’s note as proof of your condition.
  • You can return or exchange your ticket for another date or time within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to availability and a 10% processing fee. You will need to present your original receipt and ticket at the park’s ticket counter to make the change.
  • Some products and services are exempt from returns and refunds, such as food, beverages, souvenirs, merchandise, and resort bookings. Please check the terms and conditions of each product and service before making a purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any refund or return request at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraud, abuse, or violation of our policy.
